All Photography packages come with full edited gallery with an average of 75 photos delivered per hour booked. Packages 5+ Hours come with a Complimentary Engagement Session. All sessions are personally photographed by Kim Willoughby. A 50% deposit is required to fully secure, and remainder payment must be made 30 days prior to wedding date. Clients must fill out an inquiry form to begin booking process.

Premium Collection $6,000

Perfect for clients who want full day coverage, allowing time for venue details, getting ready for bride, getting ready for groom, solo and family portraits for bride and groom before ceremony (does not require first looks), gorgeous ceremony portraits, family portraits post-ceremony, full bridal party portraits during cocktail hour, golden hour portraits for bride and groom only, full reception coverage, and send off.

Elopement Collection $900

Perfect for clients who are getting eloped by themselves. Coverage typically begins 30 minutes before ceremony time to walk around venue and capture fun portraits, ceremony coverage, and a few celebratory photos afterwards on venue. Then, bride and groom and photographer will travel to a second location for more portraits.

Wedding Videography

SOTE only takes on a limited number of videography clients to maintain quality of work. Clients must meet a certain criteria to create the best result (see here). Photography and Videography DUO package under SOTE are accepted on a case by case basis. A 50% deposit and signed contract is required to fully secure, and the remainder amount is due 30 days prior to wedding. All videography is filmed by Moses Willoughby.

2-3 Minute Highlight Reel $2,800

A gorgeous documentary-styled recap of your wedding day. This vogue-like reel will include the most important parts of your wedding as we become a fly on the wall and allow a different media format to be produced from your special day.
